JEFFREY M. STEVENS

President

Jeffrey Stevens is the President of ENSCO, Inc. and its five wholly owned subsidiaries, leading a dynamic workforce of 750+ employees and overseeing an enterprise with annual revenues exceeding $190 million. Under his leadership, ENSCO delivers mission-critical solutions across the space, defense, intelligence, and transportation sectors, empowering national security, technological advancement, and infrastructure resilience. With more than 20 years at ENSCO, Stevens brings a unique blend of leadership and technical insight spanning government, commercial, and international markets. His experience encompasses research and development, systems engineering, product innovation and manufacturing, global business strategy, and operational excellence. Prior to his appointment as President, he held a series of senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of ENSCO’s Surface Transportation Group. In that capacity, he significantly expanded the company’s footprint in both federal and international markets. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Science in Cartography from Ohio University and completed the Wharton Executive Education Program.

THOMAS DeFRANK

Chief Financial Officer

Tom DeFrank oversees all aspects of ENSCO’s corporate finance and accounting functions, treasury management and corporate facilities. Mr. DeFrank is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with extensive knowledge of business operations, shared service environments, internal auditing and business re-engineering. He previously served as CFO/VP of Finance at L3 Technologies in Hauppauge, N.Y., where he directed all aspects of accounting operations and financial analysis. Prior to that, he held positions at Delphinus Engineering, NRG Energy, SAIC and Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services. Mr. DeFrank earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
 

BINDI PATEL

Contracts & Procurement
Corporate Risk Officer

Bindi Patel serves as ENSCO’s Vice President of Contracts & Procurement and Corporate Risk Officer. Ms. Patel oversees the execution of critical responsibilities including strategic proposal support and contract execution; supply chain management; export control; intellectual property; corporate insurance; and corporate risk management. With more than 20 years’ experience in the global consulting industry, Ms. Patel possesses a wealth of expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance, corporate governance, contract negotiation, global supply chain management, and operations management. As a former Principal/Director, Enterprise Risk and Resilience at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), Ms. Patel led the strategy and operations of the risk office and led various contract and procurement teams during her 13+ year tenure at BAH. Prior to that, Ms. Patel served in roles at Raytheon, ExxonMobil, and Procter & Gamble. She attended the Wharton Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania, earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Investments from The George Washington University School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

DENISE PERRY

Chief Ethics Officer
Corporate Privacy Officer

Denise Perry is Vice President of the Human Resources (HR) Division, Chief Ethics Officer, and Corporate Privacy Officer. With more than 25 years of strategic HR leadership experience, she plays a key role in shaping HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational efficiency while overseeing compensation and benefits, talent management, succession planning, and training and development. She has led the introduction of initiatives such as the Workplace Awards and Military Awards programs, the HR Connect series, and wellness programs that promote work-life balance. As Chief Ethics Officer, she leads ENSCO's ethics program, promoting ethical conduct, integrity, and accountability across the company through oversight of the Code of Ethics, ethics training and awareness, confidential reporting channels, and related compliance activities. An active member of the HR community, Ms. Perry participates in professional organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), WorldatWork, the HR Council at WashingtonExec, and the SHRM Executive Forum. Before joining ENSCO, she held key HR leadership positions with major corporations. She holds multiple professional certifications and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.

KEVIN PRUETT

Executive Vice President
Mission Systems Group

Kevin Pruett is the Executive Vice President for the Mission Systems Group (MSG). In this capacity, he is responsible for ENSCO’s government aerospace, avionics, cybersecurity, and IC businesses. He also oversees ENSCO’s commercial aerospace and aviation meteorology disciplines. Kevin was recently recognized as one of the top space executives to watch in 2025 by WashingtonExec.

Prior to ENSCO, Mr. Pruett was a Senior Business Development Manager at Harris Corporation, leading teams to secure multiple programs over $100 million. Earlier, he was with Terion, Inc., a Harris/Penske Corporation joint venture, as a Product Line Director responsible for wireless product development. He began his career with Rockwell, Inc., as a subsystem analyst on the NASA space shuttle program. Mr. Pruett has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He served ten years as a Board of Trustees member for Health-First, Inc., a $1 billion multi-hospital health care system in Central Florida. He served three terms on the City Commission for Cocoa Beach, Fla.
