ENSCO, Inc. will return to InnoTrans in Berlin, Germany, Sept. 22-25, giving railway operators an opportunity to explore how better inspection and connected condition data can support earlier maintenance decisions and stronger operational performance. Visitors to Stand 520 at Messe Berlin can meet with railway specialists to discuss inspection and maintenance challenges, data use, and plans for testing or deploying new technologies.
At InnoTrans, ENSCO will showcase how AI-enabled analytics can help railways get more value from the inspection data they already collect, including data from other inspection providers. By combining condition information with asset data and condition history, railway teams can identify developing issues and use that insight to guide maintenance decisions.
The Automated Maintenance Advisor (AMA) will be among the technologies featured at the show. AMA uses measured track conditions and deterioration trends to identify where maintenance is needed and when it should be performed, helping move inspection findings toward specific maintenance action.
Attendees developing or introducing new transportation technologies can also learn about opportunities to test and validate them before operational deployment at the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) Transportation Technology Center (TTC), operated by ENSCO.

Visitors to Stand 520 can also see demonstrations showing how inspection data becomes useful intelligence. AMA will demonstrate how track condition data can inform maintenance recommendations, while TrainBase will show how rolling stock condition data can support fleet analysis, trending and predictive maintenance.
