Vienna, VA – May 5, 2025
ENSCO Inc. will return to the Mock Prison Riot, held May 5–8, 2025, at the West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville, West Virginia, to demonstrate its MicroSearch® Human Presence Detection System (HPDS). Our MicroSearch team will be at booth #7 inside the facility to answer questions and will be available to conduct live demonstrations during the event, showcasing how MicroSearch enhances perimeter security and supports correctional facilities in preventing escapes and contraband smuggling.
MicroSearch detects individuals hidden inside vehicles or containers by sensing the subtle vibrations caused by the human heartbeat. Deployed at correctional institutions, border crossings, ports, and critical infrastructure sites around the world, MicroSearch has become the trusted solution for securing vehicle sally ports and other high-risk ingress and egress points. Designed to increase inspector safety, accelerate inspection timelines, and improve operational efficiency in high-throughput environments, MicroSearch provides a critical layer of defense where accuracy and speed are essential.
“Mock Prison Riot provides an unparalleled opportunity to engage directly with corrections professionals and showcase how MicroSearch supports their mission to maintain facility security and increase safety for personnel,” said Jeff Stevens, President of ENSCO.
ENSCO has participated in the Mock Prison Riot for several years, using the live-training environment to demonstrate MicroSearch’s effectiveness in real-world conditions and collect valuable feedback from practitioners in the field.
