Company offices in Cocoa Beach and Melbourne participated in Top Workplaces Survey

Springfield, Va., September 27, 2022

ENSCO Central Florida 2022 Top Workplaces Award from Orlando SentinelENSCO, Inc., the international engineering and technology company, has received the Orlando Sentinel Media Group’s Central Florida Top Workplaces Award for 2022. There were 106 winners in three employer categories: Large, Midsized, and Small Companies. ENSCO, Inc., with just over one hundred employees in two offices in the Central Florida region, was part of the Top Workplaces Small Companies category for employers with 35 to 499 employees.

The Top Workplaces award is solely based on employee responses to a 24-question, anonymous survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Receiving a Top Workplaces award is a tremendous honor for ENSCO employees not only in Central Florida, but throughout every office in the company,” commented ENSCO, Inc. president, Jeff Stevens. “This recognition represents the commitment of our employees to create a dynamic, caring, and effective group that works hard for our customers, while at the same time feels valued and part of something meaningful. It is an honor to work alongside this team of professionals. Congratulations!” Stevens continued.

Energage invited 2,177 organizations to participate, and they were eligible provided they had 35 or more employees in the region. From February to May of 2022, surveys went out to 78,268 employees and 36,542 responded. Employers were divided based on the number of employees in the region, in order to compare feedback of similar-size groups. Organizations that exceeded benchmark scores for each size group made the winners list.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
