ENSCO Hires Gregory Holtman as Training Coordinator to Lead Workforce Development at TTC

ENSCO, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Gregory Holtman as Training Coordinator for the Transportation Technology Center (TTC) in Pueblo, Colorado. Holtman brings more than 15 years of rail operations, safety, and technical training experience to the role, supporting ENSCO’s growing commitment to workforce development, operational safety, and community engagement at TTC.

In this position, Holtman will lead the coordination and development of training programs for a diverse range of learners, including high school students, college interns, transportation professionals, and TTC personnel. His responsibilities include classroom scheduling, training support, and the creation of new curricula aligned with industry best practices and federal regulations.

A third-generation railroader with deep experience in both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry, Holtman has led training initiatives for Union Pacific Railroad, Denver Transit Operators, and the Regional Transportation District. His credentials include expertise in safety compliance, rulebook development, and FRA certification support.

One of Holtman’s first major initiatives will be leading TTC’s inaugural Railcamp this summer. The hands-on program introduces high school students to career pathways in railroading.
