Director of C-UAS Operations
ENSCO, Inc.
Bill Edwards, ENSCO’s Director of Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Operations, will moderate a panel, “Gladiators of the Sky and the Digital Domain: The Evolution of Drones and Why You Should Care”, at the AFCEA TechNet Transatlantic event at Kap Europa. The session, held from 4-5 p.m. local time, will examine the rapid growth of the drone ecosystem and its operational implications for security, safety, and emergency management professionals.
The discussion will feature David Sonntag, Senior Director of Business Development, Walaris GmbH; Glenn Larish, Senior Program Manager, NTS Solutions; and Johnathan Grim, Pre-Sales Engineer, Motorola Solutions. The panel will explore how commercial off-the-shelf and recreational platforms are reshaping the air and digital domains, and why understanding the unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) landscape is increasingly critical for government, military, and private-sector leaders.
Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of UAS trends, counter-UAS technologies, and layered sensor strategies that reduce drone-related risks across complex environments.
