Meet Tino
Chief Architect for the Launch Test Range System (LTRS) on the Enterprise Corps (EC) SE&I program.
Come this April, I’ve been with ENSCO 8 years.
How does your expertise make a difference at ENSCO?
My expertise includes more than a decade of Launch Test Range knowledge and Architecture experience that helps our government customer strategically plan and make more informed decisions. The expertise I offer also helps the Cybersecurity professionals better understand the systems they are assessing and help keep them secure.
What project have you worked on that you’re most proud of?
For the past few years, we’ve been tasked to completely reinvent the future architecture of the Eastern and Western Ranges. That task is both a challenging, thought-provoking exercise, and an opportunity to reach out to multiple stakeholder communities for their input and buy-in. It has been very rewarding to see those plans come to fruition the last couple years.
What made you want to become an engineer?
I was always good with math and computers. In college, I found Computer Engineering was a good home for both of those skills. My love for optimizing performance and systems thinking lead me to get a degree in Systems Engineering.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love to tinker with used computers and give them to people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford them. Living in the Central Florida area, I really enjoy going to theme parks, like Disney and Universal, with my wife and kids.
