Alan Bell Discusses ENSCO and National Security with HS Today Magazine Editor, David Silverberg

Falls Church, Va., October 7, 2008—ENSCO’s COO and President, Alan Bell met up with HS Today Editor, David Silverberg last month at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
