ENSCO’s Director of Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Operations, Bill Edwards, is leading a five-day training course for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) in Miami from September 29 through October 3. The program, Introduction to C-UAS Technologies and Federal Law and Drone Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (Training), will equip security professionals with the expertise needed to address the evolving threat of Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems (sUAS).

The company fielded more than 35 volunteers, in both Washington, D.C. and Denver, to help combat food insecurity across the respective regions.

ENSCO Railway Research Engineer Md. Fazle Rabbi, Ph.D., will present new research on cost-effective, field-deployable monitoring systems assessing track support conditions at the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) 2025 Annual Conference in Indianapolis. His session, part of the Maintenance-of-Way program, is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 16, 8:05-8:35 a.m. ENSCO will also highlight its broader rail safety expertise throughout the Sept. 14–17 event.

The event, held September 8–11, 2025 at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, brings together aviation safety leaders, regulators, and industry stakeholders to explore the most pressing challenges facing the commercial flight community today. Edwards will speak at 10:30 a.m. local time on September 9.
