ENSCO Underground Facility-GPR, Integrated Sensor/Seismic Sensor System Development and Tunnel/Land Mine Detection

Underground Facility & Object Characterization

ENSCO’s research and development efforts are creating new geophysical technologies for more effective non-destructive characterization and analysis of buried or hidden objects of interest. ENSCO has developed methods for analyzing signals collected by various electromagnetic sensors, including ground penetrating radar (GPR) and electromagnetic induction probes, as well as seismic and acoustic sensors to look for buried objects in the ground or embedded within building structures. ENSCO has developed a variety of 3D displays and user interfaces for users to analyze the results of sensor data analysis.
