Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division

The Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division is based in Cocoa Beach, Fla., and is led by Vice President Kevin Pruett. The primary focus of ASE is aerospace engineering and meteorological systems.
ENSCO’s aerospace engineering efforts support launch range activities throughout the U.S. ASE employees reliably develop and evaluate highly technical systems for critical launch operations, including range instrumentation, safety and communications.

Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division

The Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division, located in Springfield, Va., is under the leadership of Vice President Boris Nejikovsky. The ATE Division is the rail industry’s source for high-speed and intercity rail safety, track inspection systems, track inspection services, vehicle evaluation testing, rail asset management and rail safety/security.
ATE employees bring together decades of experience and the latest technologies, including laser scanners, real-time signal processing, machine vision, GPS/inertial navigation, wireless communication, and Web data management. The GeoSystem Solutions (GS) Division, located in Melbourne, Fla., is led by Vice President Alan Siegel. The GS Division provides scientific and engineering services as well as the development of advanced software applications.

Innovative Systems Solutions (ISS) Division

The Innovative Systems Solutions (ISS) Division is under the leadership of Vice President Neil Fifield and is based in Endicott, N.Y.
The division provides safety- and mission-critical systems, and software and hardware engineering solutions to the aerospace industry with a specific focus on DO-178B, DO-254, DO-160E, SEAL and military standards. The ISS Division is also focused on synthetic and enhanced vision technologies as well as integrated data link solutions.
With more than 25 years of avionics systems engineering experience, ISS supports all stages of the system development lifecycle. Its process-driven approach and domain expertise offer customers the confidence they are looking for in an avionics development partner when deploying today’s high-reliability, safety-critical airborne systems.

Specific areas of expertise include technology development for GPS-denied geolocation and navigation, geophysical sensing, data integration, and special sensors development, as well as security services, including full-threat spectrum vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation.
