The Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division, located in Springfield, Va., is under the leadership of Vice President Boris Nejikovsky. The ATE Division is the rail industry’s source for high-speed and intercity rail safety, track inspection systems, track inspection services, vehicle evaluation testing, rail asset management and rail safety/security.
ATE employees bring together decades of experience and the latest technologies, including laser scanners, real-time signal processing, machine vision, GPS/inertial navigation, wireless communication, and Web data management. The Innovative Systems Solutions (ISS) Division is under the leadership of Vice President Neil Fifield and is based in Endicott, N.Y.
The division provides safety- and mission-critical systems, and software and hardware engineering solutions to the aerospace industry with a specific focus on DO-178B, DO-254, DO-160E, SEAL and military standards. The ISS Division is also focused on synthetic and enhanced vision technologies as well as integrated data link solutions.
With more than 25 years of avionics systems engineering experience, ISS supports all stages of the system development lifecycle.
