PAUL W. BROOME

Executive Chairman of the Board

Paul W. Broome assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the Board, June 17, 2010. He guides strategic planning, technology development, and vision and values for the company. Mr. Broome has been a member of ENSCO's Board of Directors since 1990, serving as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board from 1997 to 2010.

GREGORY B. YOUNG

President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Young assumed the role of ENSCO's President and Chief Executive Officer, June 17, 2010. Mr. Young leads strategic direction and all company operations, including financial management and performance, business planning and execution, research and development, and corporate and operating division oversight. He brings significant experience to his position through a 30-year association with the company. Additionally, Mr. Young served as ENSCO's President from 1994-2006 and as a member of the Board of Directors.

MILAN (MIKE) BOGDANOVIC

Chief Financial Officer
Finance Division

The Finance Division is led by Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer Milan (Mike) Bogdanovic, CPA, MBA. As the CFO, he oversees the financial and reporting functions, including treasury management, government compliance, company insurance coverage, shareholder distributions, corporate budgeting, and corporate tax and financial reporting.

JOANNE McDONALD

Vice President
Administration and Human Resources Division
Member of the Board of Directors

The Administration and Human Resources Division is dedicated to improving the organization and productivity of ENSCO employees. Guided by Joanne McDonald, the division manages ENSCO's performance review system and recruitment efforts; employee education and training; and all employee benefits and retirement fund matters. Ms. McDonald is a member of the Board of Directors.

DAVID MACALUSO

Vice President
Contracts and Procurement Division

The Contracts and Procurement Division, under the leadership of David Macaluso, is responsible for all activities related to the preparation of proposals, pricing, negotiation, awards, administration of contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

TED FREEMAN

Vice President
Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division

Directed by Ted Freeman, the IST Division is responsible for building ENSCO's critical information infrastructure, including connectivity between business units, automating paper transactions, undertaking other business productivity initiatives and enhancing electronic communications company-wide between processes, employees and customers.

VERONICA SHERARD

Division Manager
Strategic Business Development (SBD) Division

Under the direction of Veronica Sherard, the SBD Division formulates and implements corporate-wide growth strategies based on a disciplined business acquisition process. In addition, SBD collaborates with business unit leadership to identify and pursue new opportunities at the division level. The business acquisition process leverages ENSCO's innovative technologies and proven track record of excellent customer service.

TA-LUN YANG

Vice President
International Technology Applications (ITA) Division

The ITA Division, under the leadership of Dr. Ta-Lun Yang, focuses on international business development around the world, along with pursuing new significant corporate technology programs. As leader of ITA, Dr. Yang applies his many years of experience and skills in international business expansion to assist ENSCO in providing technology solutions globally.

NEIL FIFIELD

Vice President
Innovative Systems Solutions (ISS) Division

Neil Fifield leads the ISS Division, which is headquartered in Endicott, N.Y. ISS primarily provides safety- and mission-critical avionics engineering solutions in support of both military and commercial aircraft for world-class customers, such as Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt & Whitney.

ROB HAMRICK

Vice President
Advanced Projects and Applications (APA) Division

Under the leadership of Rob Hamrick, the APA Division provides diverse technical solutions and cutting-edge research in the areas of GPS-denied geolocation and navigation, signal exploitation and sensor systems, data fusion, modeling and simulation, and information systems. APA supports national security through enterprise protection and surveillance technologies. APA employees support government entities, businesses and private institutions with strategies to protect against and respond to terrorism, criminal activity and natural disasters.

BORIS NEJIKOVSKY

Vice President
Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division

Boris Nejikovsky leads the ATE Division in applying specialized rail technology for railroad safety research, development and engineering, which ENSCO has been providing to government and commercial organizations for more than 40 years. Areas of rail safety expertise include track measurement and instrumentation, data acquisition and processing systems, field testing, and data collection and analysis.

KEVIN PRUETT

Vice President
Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division

The ASE Division, led by Kevin Pruett, provides skills and services in areas such as range systems engineering and analysis, modeling and simulation, performance evaluation and testing, development and integration of meteorological systems, and weather forecasting services. In addition, the ASE Division is also a technology transition bridge ensuring that its government and commercial clients benefit by adapting the latest scientific research into operational decision aids and solutions.

ALAN SIEGEL

Vice President
GeoSystem Solutions (GS) Division

The GS Division, led by Alan Siegel, provides a wide range of complementary skills and talents in earth and environmental sciences, computational chemistry, and advanced software engineering to solve challenging research and development problems for the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
