Paul W. Broome III-Executive Chairman of the Board, ENSCO, Inc.PAUL W. BROOME

Executive Chairman of the Board

Paul W. Broome assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the Board in 2010. In this position, he guides strategic planning, technology development, and vision and values for the company. Mr. Broome has been a member of ENSCO's Board of Directors since 1990, serving as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board from 1997 to 2010. He is an active member of the technology community, having served on the George Mason University Information Technology and Engineering Advisory Board, and the Board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the nation. In 2005, Mr. Broome received the Outstanding Alumnus Award from the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University for his achievements and contributions to the university. Prior to joining ENSCO, Mr. Broome was a senior mechanical engineer with VSE Corporation, an engineering and technical services organization. He holds an MS in electrical and computer engineering from George Mason University and a BS in mechanical engineering from The University of Virginia.


Gregory B. Young - Acting CEO and President, ENSCO, Inc.GREGORY B. YOUNG

Acting President and CEO

Gregory Young is ENSCO’s Acting President and CEO. He retired from ENSCO earlier in 2014 after serving as ENSCO’s President and CEO for many years. Prior to that, he served in numerous scientific capacities at the Central Intelligence Agency and the Air Force, including the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Air Force Technical Applications Center and the Space and Missile Test Center. He has published numerous technical papers and government reports, and has been actively involved in the Advisory Board at the George Washington University, and the Dean’s Leadership Council at Purdue University. He was twice nominated for the High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year award (Northern Virginia Technology Council/KPMG), chaired the Research and Academic Committee of the Advisory Board of George Washington University’s Virginia Campus, and has received numerous military awards and decorations. He was an active participant in the Northern Virginia Technology Council activities. He is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council, College of Science, Purdue University. Mr. Young holds a MS degree in geophysics from Purdue University and a BS from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a graduate of the Naval War College and the Air Command and Staff College. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the College of Science, Purdue University. Mr. Young is a member of ENSCO’s Board of Directors.


Mike Bogdanovic-CFO, ENSCO, Inc.MILAN (MIKE) J. BOGDANOVIC

Chief Financial Officer

Milan (Mike) J. Bogdanovic serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for ENSCO, Inc., overseeing the corporate finance and accounting group, treasury management, and corporate facilities. Mr. Bogdanovic has more than 35 years of senior level experience with various size federal contractors operating in commercial, government and international environments, including CACI, Questech, Honeywell Federal Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation. He brings significant experience in developing appropriate government contract compliance, accounting and pricing strategies, company acquisitions, and treasury management. Mr. Bogdanovic has earned both Virginia Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations through the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a member of both the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has an MBA in finance and management from Marymount University and a BS from George Mason University with a concentration in finance and accounting.


Neil Fifield-Vice President, ENSCO, Inc.NEIL FIFIELD

As Vice President, Neil Fifield leads ENSCO Avionics and ENSCO Avionics Canada, which provide safety- and mission-critical avionics engineering solutions in support of both military and commercial aircraft for customers, such as BAE Systems, GE Aviation, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and Rockwell Collins. Mr. Fifield is a member of the Board of Directors for ENSCO Avionics and ENSCO Avionics Canada. He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Alliance for Manufacturing and Technology (AM&T), a non-profit, government-sponsored organization chartered to help local area technology and manufacturing companies achieve success in their business practices. Prior to joining ENSCO, Mr. Fifield was with AT&T Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, N.J., where he served in a number of positions, ranging from an application software developer and project technical lead for telecommunications operations support systems to supervisor for a large system test organization. Mr. Fifield holds an MS degree in computer science from Purdue University and a BS from Monmouth College.

Ted Freeman serves as Vice President of the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division. He has spent his career developing a reputation for being a performance-driven and quality-focused IT executive experienced in building and managing secure, reliable and cost-effective technical infrastructures. He has a consistent, proven record of aligning technology with business, including identifying and capitalizing on process improvements, executing complex projects, and driving development and implementation of world-class technical solutions. Mr. Freeman’s career encompasses working with one of the first desktop computer resellers, to a regional support manager in Southern California, a Senior Information Technology Manager at a major bank, to a niche provider specializing in the convergence of full motion desktop video and communications technology in the areas of business learning and training. Mr. Freeman holds an MS in telecommunications from George Washington University, a BA from the University of San Francisco, and numerous industry certifications.


Dr. Michael Glass-Vice President, ENSCO, Inc.DR. MICHAEL GLASS

National Security Solutions Division

Michael Glass, Ph.D., is Vice President of the National Security Solutions (NSS) Division, which provides innovative science and technology solutions for national security applications. Prior to joining ENSCO, Dr. Glass worked at Applied Research Associates, Inc., developing strategies to address the needs of SOCOM, the intelligence community, and the chemical and biological defense community. Dr. Glass was formerly a member of the Senior National Intelligence Service at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he led national-level intelligence initiatives. He holds multiple patents and has authored more than 60 government publications. Dr. Glass' work has resulted in a number of awards: the U.S. Army Commanders Award for Civilian Service, the State of Utah Governors Medal for Science and Technology, the U.S. Army Developmental Test Commanders Award, and awards from the Director of National Intelligence. He is a member of INSA (Intelligence and National Security Alliance) Technology Council. Dr. Glass received his Ph.D. in cellular, viral and molecular biology from the University of Utah School of Medicine, and his BS in microbiology and public health from Michigan State University.

Deborah Hall-Greene, Ph.D., is Vice President of the Human Resources Division, providing leadership and consultative services to senior-level executives by developing and implementing programs and initiatives that align closely with business and personnel strategies. Dr. Hall-Greene specializes in strategic planning and the development of initiatives in all areas of human resources, to include organizational effectiveness, change leadership, employee relations and communications, compensation, talent acquisition, multinational workforce management, employee assimilation, engagement, recognition and retention. Dr. Hall-Greene has more than 20 years of experience, with advanced knowledge and extensive experience in government services, private sector, and contracting industries. Prior to joining ENSCO, Dr. Hall-Greene served as a Senior HR Leader at the MITRE Corporation and a corporate consultant to Lockheed Martin. She is the recipient of numerous awards for Best Practices in Resource Management as well as Community Service Awards. She was most recently recognized by MITRE for developing an intern program for severely wounded veterans. Dr. Hall-Greene was also honored with The Tuskegee Airmen of the Year Award for her outstanding leadership efforts to gain the Congressional Gold Medal for the famed original Tuskegee Airmen. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Development/Adult Learning from Virginia Tech and her MS degree in organization development and undergraduate studies in human resource management from American University.

Under the direction of Anne Hillegas, D.Sc., Strategic Programs formulates and implements corporate-wide growth strategies and collaborates with business unit leadership to identify and pursue new opportunities. Dr. Hillegas' career spans technical and leadership assignments in the defense and homeland security markets, and the Executive and Legislative branches of the federal government. Prior to joining ENSCO, her roles in industry included Vice President for Business Development in Raytheon Network Centric Systems, Vice President for Homeland Security in Raytheon Technical Services Company, and Vice President at Hicks and Associates, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC. She was also a Principal Scientist at Applied Research Associates, Inc., a mid-sized technology firm. Dr. Hillegas’ tenure in government includes leadership positions at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and serving as a Congressional Fellow in the House and Senate. Dr. Hillegas earned her Doctor of Science and MS degree from George Washington University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science via TRW fellowships. She received a BS in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University.

As Vice President of the Contracts and Procurement Division, Mr. Macaluso is responsible for all activities related to the preparation of proposals, pricing, negotiation, awards, and administration of contracts; management of ENSCO’s export control program; and corporate risk management. Mr. Macaluso has more than 25 years of experience in acquisition and supply chain management in support of government, commercial and international programs for complex technologies, research and development, systems integration solutions, intellectual property licensing, strategic pricing, and export control programs. His previous experience includes contracts and business management positions with the Military Sealift Command, Naval Research Laboratory, the Naval Air Systems Command, Oracle Corporation, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin. He has negotiated and awarded contracts in excess of $1B in support of Operation Storm/Shield and Systems Integration Programs; has achieved DAWIA Level III Certification; and has been awarded the Navy Unit Commendation for Meritorious Service for actions in support of operations Desert Storm/Shield/Sortie. Mr. Macaluso holds an MBA in marketing management from Saint Louis University and a BS in marketing management from George Mason University.

Joanne McDonald is Vice President, Chief Ethics Officer and Corporate Secretary, reporting to the Executive Chairman of the Board Paul W. Broome, providing corporate leadership and advice on corporate governance and ethics issues, including developing and disseminating corporate ethics policies and ensuring that they are upheld. She will also investigate complaints and conflicts of interest. Ms. McDonald previously served as ENSCO's Vice President of the Administration and Human Resources Division, where she worked closely with executive leadership to create a competitive advantage through talent development and acquisition. Ms. McDonald's responsibilities also included corporate communications; employee relations; compensation/benefits; succession planning; diversity; and organizational effectiveness. Under Ms. McDonald's leadership, ENSCO has been the recipient of several awards that recognize ENSCO’s family-friendly program: the Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Award, the Torchbearer Award, and the Washington Business Journal's Best Place to Work Award. Previously, Ms. McDonald oversaw a $6M technical training program to train the Royal Saudi Navy for HBH Company. Ms. McDonald received her BA from the University of Maryland. She holds a Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is actively involved in the National Association of Corporate Directors, Women in Technology, the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the Society of Human Resource Management.

Boris Nejikovsky is the Vice President of ENSCO's Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division, ENSCO Rail, Inc. and ENSCO Rail Australia Pty Ltd, which focus on the safety, quality and efficiency of railway operations worldwide via a full range of track inspection technologies and related data management systems, vehicle testing and vehicle-track interaction consulting. Mr. Nejikovsky has been with ENSCO for more than 20 years and has been instrumental in the design and integration of many of the company’s key rail products. He helped introduce a number of innovative products, based on inertial, laser, machine vision, wireless communications, GPS, and other advanced technologies. These products are widely used throughout the rail industry today. Mr. Nejikovsky holds three U.S. patents in rail inspection technology and three USSR patents, and has authored a number of professional papers. Mr. Nejikovsky has an Advanced Degree in hydraulics/engineering hydrology from the State Hydrological Institute and an EE degree from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.


Kevin Pruett-Vice President, ENSCO, Inc.KEVIN PRUETT

Aerospace Sciences and Engineering Division

Kevin Pruett is Vice President for the Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division, responsible for ENSCO’s aerospace, aviation and meteorological science business with NASA, the National Weather Service, U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Space Florida, and commercial clients. During his 10-plus years of leadership, ASE has enjoyed sustained growth. Previously, Mr. Pruett was in business development at Harris Corporation, leading teams to secure multiple programs in excess of $100M. Earlier he was with Terion, Inc., a Harris/Penske Corporation joint venture, as Product Line Director responsible for wireless product development. He began his career with Rockwell, Inc. as a subsystem analyst. Mr. Pruett has an MBA from Florida Tech and a BS in business administration from the University of Florida. He is a Board of Directors member for World Surveillance Group, Inc., a company specializing in unmanned systems. He is also a Board of Trustees member for Health-First, Inc. a $1B multi-hospital system. He served three terms on the Cocoa Beach, Florida City Commission.
