Zone 6: Sampling of Past Performance and Workforce

ENSCO and team members, Capstone and Mark Logic, have presence in Zone 6. The ENSCO team has over 150 employees available to support SeaPort-e efforts in this zone.

  • System Performance Evaluation and Verification
ENSCO, as subcontractor to MTC Technologies, provided system performance evaluation and verification of launch test ranges (LTRS), provided test and evaluation support of new and modified range instrumentation systems, analyzed requirements statements from the integrated priority list (IPL), supported architecture review, performed independent technical analysis on system level requirements and Concepts of Operations (ConOps), reviewed acquisition contractors test programs as documented in the Test Evaluation and Master Plan (TEMP), and performed functional, performance limit, and system level independent testing.
  • Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation Support
ENSCO provided hardware and software independent test and evaluation services to AADC to support the procurement and operational acceptance of the mobile Range Safety and Telemetry Systems (RSTS) for the Kodiak Launch Complex (KLC). Specific tasks included requirements identification and validation, design review, acceptance test support, independent test activities, system performance verification, and systems engineering services to optimize RSTS integration.  ENSCO built and delivered the Real-time Instrumentation Simulation Environment (RISE) simulator that simulates real-time missile telemetry, radar, and optics data for system testing and training.
  • Crane Aerospace Support
ENSCO provides system and software verification to support Crane’s Boeing 787 Brake Control and Monitoring System (BCMS) project.  ENSCO team responsibilities include reading the requirements to write Test Scripts and Test Procedures to determine if there are faults in the software and to perform analysis to determine the source of faults. ENSCO supports Lynwood in systems development and safety analysis for the C130J Weight and Balance system.
  • DO-178B/DO-254 Training
ENSCO conducts DO-178B/DO-254 training to improve in-house RTCA/DO-178B / DO-254 competency for its Government and Commercial customer’s safety-critical systems software and hardware development teams.
  • Mark Logic has developed a knowledge sharing system being deployed for the US Army and a prototype/Pilot system that automates the process of authoring and updating Army Field Manuals.
