ENSCO Avionics FAA Certification Services ENSCO’s Avionics Solutions Group provides full independent Designated Engineering Representative (DER) support and offers a wide range of FAA aircraft system and equipment certification and consultation services. ENSCO's DER and team of staff level engineering experts offer our customers a wide range of certification services including certification/compliance support, training, gap and process analysis, and subcontractor/vendor management.
