Falls Church, Va., Nov. 1, 2012 — ENSCO, Inc. has named Dr. Anne Hillegas Vice President for Strategic Programs, effective Oct. 15. Dr. Hillegas will lead strategic planning, champion corporate growth initiatives for new markets and customers, and oversee business development and capture efforts.

Dr. Hillegas joins ENSCO from Applied Research Associates. Prior to that, she was Vice President for Business Development in two Raytheon businesses and Vice President at SAIC/Hicks and Associates, Inc. Her career includes assignments in the executive and legislative branches of government. She received her doctorate from George Washington University.
