PAUL W. BROOMEPaul W. Broome has been ENSCO's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since 1997. In this role, he is responsible for ENSCO's long-term planning and strategy as well as for setting the vision and goals for the company. Mr. Broome has been a member of ENSCO's Board of Directors since 1990.
ALAN G. R. BELLAlan G. R. Bell assumed the role of ENSCO's President and Chief Operating Officer, July 1, 2006. He is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the company, including financial management and performance, business planning and execution, research and development, and overseeing all corporate and operating divisions. Mr. Bell has been employed with ENSCO for 30 years and is a member of ENSCO's Board of Directors.
JOANNE McDONALDThe Administration and Human Resources Division is dedicated to improving the organization and productivity of ENSCO employees. Guided by Ms. McDonald, the division manages ENSCO's performance review system and recruitment efforts; employee education and training; and all employee benefits and retirement fund matters. Ms. McDonald is Secretary of ENSCO's Board of Directors.
MILAN (MIKE) BOGDANOVICThe Finance, Contracts and Procurement (FC&P) Division, led by Chief Financial Officer Milan (Mike) Bogdanovic, provides all of the company's financial and reporting functions, including contract accounting and invoicing, payroll, employee/vendor payments, and employee benefits. Under Mr. Bogdanovic's direction, FC&P is also responsible for all activities related to the negotiation, award, administration of contracts, and for sourcing quality products and services at competitive prices for ENSCO's programs.
JONATHAN S. SPAETHJonathan S. Spaeth, Vice President and General Counsel, is responsible for advising the senior executive team on all company-related legal matters, including corporate compliance, risk management, government and commercial contracts, litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment issues, internal policies and ethics, as well as a full range of strategic and business initiatives.
JAMES BARTONENSCO’s CBD Division, led by Vice President Jim Barton, expands ENSCO’s customer and technology base by applying current capabilities to new applications and customers, and by strategically developing new markets and new business. CBD also supports the day-to-day marketing activities of the company, including research, and internal and external communications.
TA-LUN YANGThe ITA Division, under the leadership of Vice President Ta-Lun Yang, focuses on international business development around the world, along with pursuing new significant corporate technology programs. As leader of ITA, Dr. Yang applies his many years of experience and skills in international business expansion to assist ENSCO in providing technology solutions globally.
TED FREEMANDirected by Mr. Freeman, IST is responsible for building ENSCO's critical information infrastructure, including connectivity between business units, automating paper transactions, undertaking other business productivity initiatives and enhancing electronic communications company-wide between processes, employees and customers.
ROB HAMRICKUnder the leadership of Mr. Hamrick, APA provides diverse technical solutions and cutting-edge research in the areas of GPS-denied geolocation and navigation, signal exploitation and sensor systems, data fusion, modeling and simulation, and information systems. APA supports national security through enterprise protection and surveillance technologies. APA employees support government entities, businesses and private institutions with strategies to protect against and respond to terrorism, criminal activity and natural disasters.
BORIS NEJIKOVSKYMr. Nejikovsky leads ATE in applying specialized rail technology for railroad safety research, development and engineering, which ENSCO has been providing to government and commercial organizations for more than 35 years. Areas of rail safety expertise include track measurement and instrumentation, data acquisition and processing systems, field testing, and data collection and analysis.
NEIL FIFIELDMr. Fifield leads the ISS Division, which is headquartered in Endicott, N.Y., with satellite offices in Rockford, Ill., and Riverside, Calif. ISS primarily provides safety- and mission-critical avionics engineering solutions in support of both military and commercial aircraft for world-class customers such as Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt & Whitney.
ALAN SIEGELThe GS Division, led by Mr. Siegel, provides a wide range of complementary skills and talents in earth and environmental sciences, computational chemistry, and advanced software engineering to solve challenging research and development problems for the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
KEVIN PRUETTThe ASE Division, led by Vice President Kevin Pruett, provides skills and services in areas such as range systems engineering and analysis, modeling and simulation, performance evaluation and testing, development and integration of meteorological systems and weather forecasting services. In addition, the ASE Division is also a technology transition bridge ensuring that its government and commercial clients benefit by adapting the latest scientific research into operational decision aids and solutions.
